HomeRedesign for artist Kate Bentley
Kate Bentley, an artist based in the English Lake District, has had a complete makeover for her website.
The new site is powered by Textpattern and features the excellent ‘smd_slimbox’ plugin which creates an image gallery lightbox wrapper using Christophe Beyl’s popular Slimbox.
Other plugins include dru_random_image to rotate larger images on the main pages, and the excellent zem_contact_reborn for the form mailer.
Kate works in oils, watercolours and mixed media. Her main interest is working with the figure and portraiture, however her latest work is drawn from the imagination.
Kate also lectures in higher and adult education and demonstrates to art societies. She runs private painting workshops in Cumbria and Lancashire and teaches throughout Europe with the painting holiday specialist Andalucian Adventures
